Overview
Gallstones are a common disease and can be painful, and cause nausea, and discomfort.
Exercise cannot prevent gallstones or help in removing gallstones from the body. However, they can relieve the pain and reduce gallstone-related symptoms.
Stress, an unhealthy diet, a lack of physical exercise, and obesity lead to indigestion and increase the risks of getting gallstones.
A 30-minute daily yoga regime or exercise not only leads to the holistic development of the body but can manage gallstone symptoms and reduce the risks of getting the disease.
